美國美尼斯家族從1938年經營至今已經四代，以生產價格合宜，優質均衡的葡萄酒出名，在美國擁有許多忠心愛好者，釀造出來的酒款都有精巧細柔的特質，這支Merlot梅洛紅葡萄酒充滿明亮的藍莓果漿氣息，搭配許多橡木桶帶來的堅果類油脂甜美，也帶出摩卡咖啡的調性，尾韻柔美絲滑，口感飽滿多汁。

 

 

Merlot was all harvested over a 22 day period from Sept. 18 - Oct. 10th, with an average of 25.3 degrees brix at harvest. All of the must was fermented for 7-9 days on the skin, pressed and the resulting wine finished fermentation in stainless steel tanks.

 

Deep garnet in color with bright youthful hues, the 2007 Merlot has bright bold aromas of Blackberry and Boysenberry. These aromatic notes marry with hints of Hazelnut, contributed from oak aging. In the mouth, flavors of Blueberry and Raspberry are joined with wisps of Anise. Mocha notes become evident as the smooth, viscous wine finishes.
