義大利酒莊

頂頂大名的邦菲酒莊座落於義大利Montalcino區，位於頂頂大名的托斯卡尼Toscana之內，由美國John and Harry Marianis家族所擁有，酒莊邀請義大利頂尖釀酒師Ezio Rivella先生合作，資產中有三分之一是單一葡萄園，曾榮獲四次義大利酒類研究團體(VinItaly’s International Enological Concourse)所評選出的「國際年度風雲酒廠大獎」(International Winery of the Year)。

另外Wine Enthusiast也評選其為『Winery of the Year』，旗下最出名的Brunello di Montalcino與Poggio all’Oro Brunello di Montalcino更是酒評雜誌Wine Advocate評選出的年度風雲酒款（Wine of the Year）。

酒莊釀造的概念是「品質優先」，也多虧了這家酒莊，葡萄酒愛好者的眼光又重回義大利Montalcino區。

使用許多的波爾多品種釀造，頗具陳年潛力，四種品種互取所長，風格複雜，紅寶石色澤。

香氣複雜，黑色漿果、櫻桃和甘草，菸草等風味。酒體飽滿且氣味豐富，單寧柔順。

The estate’s Sant’Antimo Cum Laude is a blend of 25% Sangiovese, 30% Merlot, 30% Cabernet Sauvignon and 15% Syrah, all aged in French oak separately prior to being blended into the final wine. Cum Laude shows the pedigree of this important Tuscan vintage, most notable in its gorgeous, finessed tannins. The flavor profile tends towards an expression of blackberries, blueberries, mint and sweet toasted oak, but it is really the wine’s textural qualities and length that take it to a high level.

Very aromatic, with licorice and berry character. Full-bodied, with currant, mint, dried flowers and incense. Silky and refined. Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Sangiovese and Syrah.

Cabernet, Merlot, Sangiovese and Syrah produce a sophisticated and refined blend that boasts fantastic power and intensity. The wine is dark, chewy, rich and bursting with flavors of mature berry, spice, cola, leather and tobacco.
