德國Markus Molitor酒廠屬於Mosel-Saar-Ruwer區的酒廠，是知名德國酒評Gault Millau（The Guide to German Wines）給予四串葡萄的優質酒廠（最高五串），屬於Excellent評價，最好的葡萄園是Zeltinger村的Sonnenuhr（日晷）葡萄園，面相偏南的地理位置讓葡萄成熟狀況良好，常常有驚人之作，酒質常比其他葡萄園更為濃郁，而出產高階葡萄酒也是酒廠所努力的目標。
 
莊主名字就是Markus Molitor，自1984年從他父親手上接掌酒莊後，便開始積極購置葡萄園，這個家族酒廠傳到他已經是第八代了，現在已經建立起不錯的名聲。這家的酒常有熟軟的酒質，年輕時就可以飲用，也帶有令人喜愛的礦石凜冽氣息，增加酒體結構。
 
 
Zeltinger Sonnenuhr:
For the largest part very old, ungrafted vineyards (often more than 80 years old). Fine but also very stony soils of blue Devon slate, mostly quite light. The oldest and best parcels are often located on small terraces with very little soil, producing very low yields (10-20 hl/ha) of exceptional quality. This site produces our greatest dry and classically dry (off-dry) Auslese wines as well as many of our top botrytis dessert wines. All wines grown on the Sonnenuhr have an incomparably elegant ripeness, relative to the vintage. Our winery has the largest holdings of this top Middle Mosel site, which in total covers less than 20 hectares.

出自Markus Molitor酒莊最好的日晷園，誘人的瓜果香，花香與香草味道，口感熟軟，稍微圓潤的桶香搭配，酒體柔軟，不禁讓五號想大口喝下去，不要看他只是Kabinett等級，這可真的是日常居家的好酒。

Molitor's unabashedly sweet 2007 Wehlener Sonennuhr Riesling Kabinett smells and tastes seductively of ripe honeydew melon, apple, and gardenia, tinged with vanilla, melon rind and apple pip bitterness. Creamy and polished in texture, yet nearly weightless in palate impression (small wonder, at a mere 7.5% alcohol!), it finishes with talcum, vanilla, liquid floral perfume, and generous fruit amplified by its residual sugar. It should age nicely for at least a dozen years, although those with a sweet tooth may find themselves unable to resist its youthful blandishments.
