以無年份香檳來說，Taittinge使用高達40%的Chardonnay來釀造，這樣的高比例使這款香檳比起其他香檳廠的作品更展現高雅質感！亮麗的氣泡沿金黃色酒體冉冉上升，在香檳表面細緻的漂浮游動，香氣奔放異常，迫不及待溢出香檳杯口的衝動，飽含奶油蛋糕與成熟杏桃的可人香氣，點綴著白色花朵，味蕾被清新酸度打醒，更帶出一種協和流暢，正似快要被吞嚥之際，卻回頭帶出蜂蜜與山茶花的餘韻，在無年份香檳中有如此表現，實在非常了得！

英國知名葡萄酒作家Jancis Robinson曾給予他19/20的優異評價！並稱他有『類似香檳王的芳香』，Wine Access也給予91的高分，International Wine Review更有92+的好成績！知名紐澳媒體Jeremy Oliver也稱讚他『節制且優雅』，一瓶無年份香檳有此強勁背書，怎能不令人渴望？！

Nice toasty, honey, peach, baked pear, cherry, citrus and mineral aromas. Fresh, clean, fairly dry and very elegant with fine mousse. Light nutty, toasty, mineral, citrus, baked green apple, honey, strawberry and citrus flavours. Fine mousse, balanced, crisp and fresh, with light sweetness and brioche on the finish. Delicious, very attractive style and very easy to drink. Well done.
